User Conduct and Content
1. Harassment We have created and will strive to maintain a positive experience for all. Administrators will assess situations and then take action in order to maintain comfortable and positive experiences. We adhere to equal rights for all which includes no derogatory comments to anyone about anything personal. No harassment will be tolerated.
2. Boundaries This community supports spiritual self awareness and growth. This is not a space to give unsolicited advice. Psychological, medical, or legal advice is not allowed. Vulgarity is prohibited as is discussion of politics, prescription or illegal drugs, and sexual conduct.
3. User Profiles User profile picture, custom status, and display names should describe the user while following the rules of the server. Your display name should also be easily readable and it MAY NOT attempt to imitate other users, administrators or moderators or any other individual.
4. Direct Messaging Direct Messaging another user is allowed only after you have received permission from that user.
5. Spam Do not spam the server including using mass pings, attempts to ping roles, @everyone (reserved for administrators and moderators), or @here, excessive caps, and excessive emotes/stickers.
6. Advertisement and Solicitation Administrators reserve all rights to permit users to advertise and market. Self promotion of outside links is not allowed.
7. Language This is an English-speaking server. We only have the ability to moderate conversations in English at this time. 8. Age restriction This server is intended for adults 18+. Anyone who is found to be under the age of 18 will be blocked from using our server.
9. Content Warnings It is the responsibility of a user to determine if Content or Tigger warnings are appropriate. If you are about to discuss or present something sensitive and potentially trauma related, consider offering a Content or Trigger Warning in advance. People who offer warnings are clear on what they wish to present and check that the people with whom they are engaged are ok to continue to talk, read or listen. If not they change the subject. Trigger warnings are announced if one will be addressing sexual abuse, violence, suicide, mental illness or for any topic that may be distressing and related to traumatic events.
10. User Exclusion Administrators will look at individual infractions on a case-by-case basis. We will determine actions and may ban a user permanently. Membership fees will not be refunded if this occurs.

Account Management
Users are responsible to set up website and Heartbeat’s accounts and are responsible to monitor one’s own account activity. Security is supplied by the online web, mail and our contracted support platforms on which Spiritual Self Awareness also relies.
Spiritual Self Awareness Administrators will determine individual infractions on a case-by-case basis. We will take action, legal if necessary, or may limit interaction on the sites or may ban a user permanently. Membership fees will not be refunded if this occurs.

Privacy Policy
Spiritual Self Awareness (SSA) collects certain information on the users of their web and heartbeat.chat sites. User volunteered information is collected through user-submitted applications to present events or post articles. Other volunteered information is collected via contracted support sites “Stripe.com” and our email server “Mailchimp.com,” each of which have their own privacy policies. SSA uses analytics to measure the performance and functionality of our site. SSA also collects emails and keeps a mailing list for the purpose of advertising. SSA does not share personal information of users other than to the aforementioned contracted support sites.
Severability
Should any part of the Terms and Conditions be deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
